The foundry shop manufactures virtually all the range of high-precision castings of airplane and helicopter engine parts produced by MOTOR SICH JSC – rotor blades, solid-cast nozzle guide vane assemblies, turbine wheels, large-size box-shaped castings. In manufacture of cooled-vane sectors, as well as solid-cast cooled nozzle guide vane assemblies, a special part is played by the process of production of high-temperature ceramic rods that form the internal cavities of various versions of blades.

The testing shop performs testing of large-size aircraft engines, as well as helicopter gearboxes for Мi-8, Мi-24, Мi-14 and Мi-17 helicopters. The second test bench for testing of helicopter gearboxes is now under construction. The testing facility is used for testing of gas-turbine drives, power generating sets and gas-pumping units with the line operating pressure of 12, 24 and 36 kg/cm2.

The main activity line of the machine-assembly shop is manufacture of parts and assembly units, as well as assembly and testing of power generating sets of EG-6000 series and gas-pumping units based on D-336 gas-turbine drives.

The tool maker shop of the plant is capable of manufacturing of technological equipment – pattern and rod molding tools, special measuring tools, appliances for mechanical treatment.

The enterprise produces a wide range of parts for virtually all the aircraft engines manufactured by MOTOR SICH JSC and performs testing of D-18 bypass turbofan engines to be installed in “Ruslan” and “Mriya” aircraft, as well as AI-222-25 family engines for L-15 airplanes. Zaporizhzhia Omelchenko Machine-Building Plant also assembles the unique EG-6000 power generating sets capable of providing the whole residential districts with electric energy, tests GTE-6,3/MS and D336 gas-turbine drives, produces GPA-K/5,5 – GTP/6,3SK gas-pumping units.

The team-spirited workforce of the plant maintains production process stability that is significantly contributed by efficient use of industrial capacity and scientific potential.
Among the high-priority targets of the enterprise activity are not only to continue production development with the use of modernized equipment, to expand manufacturing capacities, to improve quality and diversity of products manufactured, but also to perfect the social sphere.

The major part of equipment and production processes used by the enterprise was introduced and mastered here for the first time in our country.
