Vacuum casting

• The foundry shop manufactures virtually all the range of high-precision castings of airplane and helicopter engine parts produced by MOTOR SICH JSC – rotor blades, solid-cast nozzle guide vane assemblies, turbine wheels, large-size box-shaped castings. In manufacture of cooled-vane sectors, as well as solid-cast cooled nozzle guide vane assemblies, a special part is played by the process of production of high-temperature ceramic rods that form the internal cavities of various versions of blades.
