Vertical carousel storage racks

Zaporizhzhia Omelchenko Machine-Building Plant of MOTOR SICH JSC manufactures mechanized vertical carousel storage racks intended for automation of warehouses and optimization of production room areas. They are used for storage of small-size parts, metalware  and tooling.
The mechanized vertical carousel storage rack makes it possible:

• to automate storage of small items and parts;
• to optimize their accounting and storage;
• to save the storage area.

The storage rack represents an assembled-and-welded metal structure. The racks are moved by motor-reducer through chain transmission. The parts are loaded through a window. The storage rack is controlled automatically from LCD-panel located on the rack front panel. The rack aperture is closed by a door with a lock providing protection from unauthorized penetration. To the right and left from the aperture, there are safety photocells that interlock movement of shelves when foreign objects (hands, parts) get inside. Emergency control buttons are located on the rack front panel.
